Delivery, returns & FAQ
Delivery across Zimbabwe, collection from our Harare showroom, returns, warranty and answers to common questions.
Delivery
- Harare: US$12 per order, free over US$120. [CONFIRM: fee and threshold — converted from the current R200 fee and R2,000 threshold]
- Bulawayo: US$25 by courier. [CONFIRM]
- Rest of Zimbabwe: US$30 by courier. [CONFIRM]
- Collect: free from our Harare showroom once we confirm your order is ready.
Orders are processed once payment has cleared, usually within 1–2 working days, and delivered in [CONFIRM: delivery times] working days. Large or bulky items may need a delivery quote first — we will always ask before adding any charge.
Returns and exchanges
- Request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, uninstalled and in their original packaging. [CONFIRM]
- A 15% handling fee applies to correctly supplied goods returned (25% where returned under dispute). [CONFIRM]
- Report damage, shortages or incorrect items within 24 hours of delivery, with your invoice and the original packaging.
- Not returnable: specials and final-sale items, installed lighting, consumables such as bulbs, and products damaged by misuse, incorrect installation or power surges.
- Approved refunds are made to the original payment method within 5–10 working days. [CONFIRM]
Warranty
All products carry a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. It does not cover wear and tear, misuse, incorrect installation or electrical surges. Installations must be done by a qualified electrician. [CONFIRM]
Frequently asked questions
How can I pay?
EcoCash, OneMoney, InnBucks and Visa/Mastercard through Paynow, bank transfer, or cash or card when you collect from the showroom. [CONFIRM: payment options]
Are prices in US dollars? Do they include VAT?
Yes. Prices are in US$ and include VAT at 15.5%. Your invoice shows the VAT amount. [CONFIRM: VAT registration]
Can I pay in ZiG?

Do you install lights?
We do not install, but we can recommend qualified electricians. [CONFIRM] All installations must be done by a qualified electrician.
Which lights keep working in a power cut?
Our Power-cut ready range: solar lights that charge by day, and rechargeable lamps and torches that run from a battery. Check each product’s stated run time.
Which bulb does my fitting need?
Every product lists its lamp base (E27, E14, B22, GU10…) and whether the LED is integrated. Not sure? Send us a photo on WhatsApp.
What colour temperature should I choose?
2700–3000K for warm, relaxing rooms; 4000K for kitchens, bathrooms and workspaces. See our lighting guide.
Do you offer trade or project pricing?
